Charlie Forcucci is a graduate from the University of Florida with double majors in Finance & Marketing. After graduation he became an Investment Specialist obtaining Series 7 Securities Licensure. Growing up in a real estate family, Charlie was instrumental in creating one of the most successful real estate teams in South Florida. They have achieved the coveted "Legends Award", an award that represents the Top 1% of Realtors in the Nation.

With over 20+ years of experience, Charlie Forcucci has represented Buyers and Sellers from across the spectrum. Waterfront condos to multi-million dollar land parcels, he is well qualified in residential and commercial real estate. He is tenacious, pays meticulous attention to detail, and is level-headed when it comes to negotiations and challenging situations.

Charlie Forcucci has been a consistent top producing realtor and multiple award winner with Douglas Elliman; including 2022 & 2023 "Platinum Awards" and has achieved recognition as an "Executive Direct of Luxury Sales." In addition to his lengthy portfolio of multi-million dollar luxury residential sales, Charlie also has an in-depth experience in new development projects. Charlie is well versed in pre-construction sales, and the entire process from "breaking ground" to project completion. His first new construction experience was successfully selling out the final building in Tierra del Sol, Jupiter with average prices of $900,000 and his most recent project in 2020 was "Harbor Villas" a luxury boutique community in North Palm Beach with average unit sales of $1,850,000.
