Charlie is well versed in pre-construction sales, and the entire process from "breaking ground" to project completion. His first new construction experience was successfully selling out the final building in Tierra del Sol, Jupiter with average prices of $900,000 and his most recent project in 2020 was "Harbor Villas" a luxury boutique community in North Palm Beach with average unit sales of $1,850,000.
